Yehuda Kaplan produced & arranged the a capella "Lev Tahor" CD, composed & performed the music for Rabbi Berel Wein's "Rashi," "Rambam," "Chassidic Stories," and "Faith & Fate" DVDs, and produced, arranged, and played piano, organ, and guitar on "Judy Collins Sings Bob Dylan" for Geffen Records. He also produced, arranged, and played all instruments on Mendy Werdyger's "Zakeinu" CD and Sherwood Goffin's "One Man, One Heart" CD. He produced and arranged the best selling CD, "Marches and Waltzes of the Gerrer Chassidim."

Yehuda Kaplan has composed, produced, and arranged over 300 national TV & radio commercials for major corporations including: ImmediCenter, A&W, Asahi Beer, AT&T, Atlantis Resort, Bell Atlantic, Chase Manhattan Bank, Coca-Cola, Con Edison, Diet Coke, Downy, Ford Motor Company, Ford Trucks, Fruit Roll-Ups, GM Mr. Goodwrench,, Lufthansa, Nickelodeon, Toyota, The United Way, The U.S Army.

Yehuda Kaplan has worked with: Judy Collins, Richie Havens, Art Garfunkel, Bette Midler, Phoebe Snow, Garland Jeffries, Tim Hardin, Buzzy Linhart, Carrie Fisher, Rachel Faro, Aaron Schroeder, Otis Blackwell, Kenny Vance, Lucy Simon, Michael Sahl, Peter Boyle, Halle Berry, Armand Assante, Madeline Kahn, and Leonard Nimoy. He studied piano with Murray Perahia and Bertha Melnick, and Shenkerian Analysis with Carl Schachter.
